Destroyed Bridge

This pic shows a bridge traversing a stream north of Kontum and south of Vo Dinh. The large craters around the bridge suggest the structure was bombed by either US or VNAF aircraft, but the footbridge suggests some form of repair was initiated for dry feet, a ford for vehicles.

I wonder if it ever got fixed?
