Russ May Have Had Mine 'Tip'
WASHINGTON (UPI) --Sen. Hugh Scott, R-Pa., said Friday he believed it was likely that President Nixon informed the Soviet Union and mainland China in advance that he might take strong military measures against North Vietnam.At a meeting of the Overseas Writers, an association of foreign affairs writers, Scott emphasized that he did not know for sure."It is impossible to say.
